Pak Gem Terms and Conditions — Rules for All Players

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and Pak Gem ("the Platform", "we", "us"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the Pak Gem website and all associated services, including gaming, sports betting, deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, and customer support.

By completing the registration process and ticking the acceptance box during sign-up, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms in full, including any supplementary policies such as the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming guidelines, which form part of this agreement.

These Terms are available at all times on the Pak Gem website. We recommend saving or printing a copy for your own reference.

2. Eligibility

To register and use Pak Gem, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be accessing the platform as an individual player, not on behalf of a third party.
• You must not have a previously suspended or permanently closed Pak Gem account.
• You must be accessing the platform from a location where doing so does not violate any applicable local laws or regulations that apply to you personally.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or close family member of a Pak Gem employee in a role with access to platform operations.

Pak Gem reserves the right to request age verification or identity verification documents at any time. If a player is found to have registered while underage, the account will be closed immediately, all winnings will be voided, and any deposited balance may be subject to review before refund consideration.

3. Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one Pak Gem account only. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, mobile number, payment method, device, or household — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being suspended.

During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your real name, a valid Pakistani mobile number, and date of birth. Providing false information at registration is a violation of these Terms and may result in account closure.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials, including your login password and any two-factor authentication codes. Pak Gem will never ask for your password via customer support. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact support immediately.

4. Deposits

All deposits on Pak Gem are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform currently supports the following deposit methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, debit and credit cards, and other supported mobile wallets.

Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method. The standard minimum is PKR 500 for most instant payment methods, and PKR 1,000 for bank-based transfers including Raast. These minimums may be subject to change and individual promotional requirements may specify higher qualifying amounts.

Deposits are credited to your Pak Gem balance upon confirmed receipt from your payment provider. Instant methods such as JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically reflected within seconds. Bank transfers and Raast may take several minutes to a few hours depending on your bank's processing schedule.

Pak Gem does not charge a deposit processing fee. However, your payment provider may apply their own charges — these are outside of Pak Gem's control and responsibility.

• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Third-party deposits — where the payment account belongs to someone other than the Pak Gem account holder — are not permitted and may result in the deposit being held or returned.
• Deposits are not reversible once they have been credited to your Pak Gem balance.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit where possible. This is a standard security measure to prevent misuse and protect player funds.

Before a withdrawal can be processed, Pak Gem may require identity verification. This can include providing a copy of a valid CNIC or other government-issued identification. This process is standard practice and is in place to protect both the player and the platform.

Withdrawal processing times vary by method. Instant wallet withdrawals to JazzCash or Easypaisa are typically processed within a few hours. Bank transfers may take one to three business days. Processing timelines shown are estimates and may be affected by factors outside Pak Gem's control including banking system delays.

• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are shown at the time of withdrawal request.
• Bonus funds must meet applicable wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn.
• Pak Gem reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests, which may temporarily extend processing time.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered to the account holder will not be processed.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

Pak Gem offers a range of bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, reload offers, cashback deals, and free bet credits. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published on the Promotions page at the time of the offer.

The following general bonus rules apply across all Pak Gem promotions unless a specific offer states otherwise:

• Bonuses must be claimed before making a qualifying deposit. A bonus cannot be applied to a deposit that has already been made and credited.
• Each player is entitled to one welcome bonus only, tied to their first qualifying deposit.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement. This means the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount too) must be wagered a specified number of times before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type. Sports bets typically contribute 100% towards wagering requirements. Certain casino games may contribute at a lower rate. Fish games and live casino tables may have specific contribution rates outlined in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. If the wagering requirement is not completed within the stated timeframe, the bonus and any associated winnings will be removed from your account.
• Pak Gem reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify its terms, or disqualify a player from a promotion if there is evidence of abuse, exploitation, or violation of these Terms.

7. Gameplay and Fair Play

All games available on Pak Gem — including Live Casino, Sports Betting, Slots, and Fish Games — are provided by certified third-party game suppliers. Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or, in the case of live betting, by real-world sporting events.

In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or system error during a game session, Pak Gem will make every reasonable effort to resolve the situation fairly. Where a game round cannot be completed due to a technical issue, the platform's decision on how to handle any affected bets or stakes will be final.

For sports betting, all markets are settled according to official results from recognised sports governing bodies. In cricket, results from the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) and the International Cricket Council (ICC) are used as the authoritative source. For PSL matches, official PSL results are used.

• Void bets are settled at odds of 1.0 (no gain or loss on stake).
• Bets placed after an event has already started may be voided if the platform determines the timing was outside normal acceptance windows.
• Pak Gem reserves the right to limit, suspend, or close betting markets at its discretion.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Pak Gem. Engaging in any of these will result in immediate account suspension and may lead to permanent closure and forfeiture of account balance:

• Registering more than one account or assisting another person to circumvent the single-account rule.
• Providing false identity information during registration or verification.
• Using software, scripts, bots, or automated tools to interact with the platform in any way.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors in odds, or platform vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Coordinating with other players to manipulate game outcomes or sports betting markets.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity.
• Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute a deposit through your payment provider after it has been credited to your Pak Gem account.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing Pak Gem staff or other players through any communication channel.

Pak Gem employs monitoring systems to detect unusual activity. Where suspicious patterns are identified, the platform reserves the right to place holds on accounts, request additional documentation, and delay withdrawal processing pending investigation.

9. Account Suspension and Closure

Pak Gem may suspend or permanently close an account at any time if there is a breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, irregular betting patterns, or failure to complete identity verification when requested.

Players may also choose to close their own account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closing, any pending withdrawals will be processed in the normal timeframe. Any active bonus balances will be removed upon closure.

If an account is closed for breach of Terms, any balance remaining may be withheld pending investigation. Where a player is found to have engaged in fraud or money laundering, the entire balance may be forfeited and the matter referred to relevant authorities.

10. Limitation of Liability

Pak Gem provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every effort to keep services running without interruption, we cannot guarantee continuous, error-free access at all times. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages, and circumstances beyond our control may occasionally affect availability.

To the maximum extent permitted, Pak Gem is not liable for:

• Loss of winnings due to technical faults, provided the fault is handled fairly and in accordance with these Terms.
• Losses arising from a player's decision to gamble, including losses during promotional periods.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Any damages, costs, or losses resulting from unauthorised access to a player's account where the player failed to keep their login credentials secure.

Nothing in these Terms limits Pak Gem's liability for matters that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11. Privacy and Data

Pak Gem collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By registering on the platform, you consent to the collection, storage, and use of your personal information as described in that policy.

Your data will not be sold to third parties. It is used to operate your account, process transactions, verify your identity, personalise your experience, and comply with any applicable legal obligations. Payment information is processed by certified payment providers and is not stored directly by Pak Gem.

12. Responsible Gaming
